Appointments
Please call 781.821.0707 to schedule an appointment. We are happy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have. We recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance to obtain your preferred date, time, and service provider. To reserve your appointment, we may require a credit card at the time scheduling.

Payment Policy
RENEW DOES NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.  Renew accepts cash, and all major credit cards, except American Express.

Tip Policy
Tips can be given in cash only. Adding money onto credit cards or checks is not permitted. PLEASE: NO TIPPING ALLOWED ON BOTOX OR FILLER TREATMENTS.

Late Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you arrive late, we will attempt to accommodate the time remaining on your service. We will be unable to perform certain services for late arrivals, due to the time needed to complete certain services.

Cancellation Policy
Renew Skincare Centre & Spa requires 24 hours advanced notice for appointment cancellations. If for some reason you are unable to make an appointment, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation process:
1st Late Cancel or No Show: No fee; friendly reminder
2nd Late Cancel or No Show: No fee; credit card required to rebook
3rd Late Cancel or No Show: 50% fee for skincare appointments | $100 fee for Botox and Filler appointments
All Subsequent Late Cancel or No Show: Full price of scheduled appointment

Renew Skincare Centre & Spa is not responsible for confirming or reminding patients of appointments. Our auto e-mail service is offered as a courtesy. We are not responsible for incorrectly typed e-mails, e-mails sent to spam folders, or bounces from e-mail service providers.
Our online contact form is not a valid means for cancelling appointments. You must call us at 781-821-0707 to cancel appointments.

Age Requirement
We welcome clients of all ages, but require adult supervision for all guests under the age of 12.
